Mosaic (“we”, “us”) is a bar and beverage consultancy. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and your rights. We have kept it short because our site is simple — we do not track you.
The short version
- We do not use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies.
- We only collect the details you choose to send us through our enquiry form.
- Those enquiries go straight to our inbox; we do not store them anywhere else.
What we collect
The only personal data we collect is what you enter into our enquiry form: your name, your email address, and the message you write. We collect this solely so we can read and reply to your enquiry.
How we use it
Your enquiry is sent directly to our email inbox at info@mosaicbars.com so we can respond. We use your details only to reply to you and to discuss working together. We do not sell, rent, or share your information, and we do not use it for marketing unless you ask us to.
Where it is kept
We do not store enquiries in any database or third-party system — they exist only as emails in our inbox. We keep that correspondence for as long as we need it to handle your enquiry and any work that follows, and then we delete it.
Cookies
We do not use tracking, analytics, or advertising cookies. The site may set a small number of strictly necessary cookies only where they are essential for it to work (for example, if you log in to manage the site). Ordinary visitors browsing the site are not tracked.
Other services
Our fonts are self-hosted, and we do not embed Google Analytics, Google Maps, or social tracking pixels. Some links take you to other websites — such as Instagram, the Apple App Store, or a client’s site. Once you leave our site, those services have their own privacy policies, which we would encourage you to read.
Your rights
You can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, and you can object to how we use it. Email info@mosaicbars.com and we will help. If you are in the UK or EU, you also have the right to complain to your data protection authority.
